Cormac worked as sound designer for Irish Food: A Play as part of 2019's Dublin Fringe Festival. The play itself focused on people's memories of food in Ireland, and the contrasts of these memories between people of different socioeconomic backgrounds. The sound design fused together traditional Irish tunes, old jazz swing tunes, and ambient/atmospheric soundscapes, highly interspersed with each other, in keeping with the postmodernist theme of the play.
